To many of us, web forums are a bit of a facility only to be used by experienced technical whiz-kids. OK, some of them may well be run by computer ‘geeks’ in their spare time, but I tell you, these guys are so clever, they can actually make the operation of a free forum quite simple for the likes of you and me to operate.

Imagine hosting your own free web forum on your site, to boost sales, increase customer loyalty, and to get feedback
both to and from the web site at lightning speed, especially when it comes to technical or procedural changes.

It is a fact that most of us are willing to build communication channels mostly to find friends, whether through the use of the internet or the actual thing.

As the computer technology industry develops, a lot of people built websites and created forums for the other
people to use. Despite the truth of this matter, most people, even those who have used the internet, still do not
know what a website and free web forum are.

By definition, the term “website” actually means a set of interconnected web pages, which is located on the same
server. It is prepared and maintained as a collection of information by a person, group, or organization. It is
noted that the transition from World Wide Web site to Web site to website only shows the rapid progress of technology
itself.

But this definition of a website does not really give a clear answer to the question. Since the focus here is free
web forum, I would like to deal more on what this actually is. When we talk about free web forum, since a forum is
usually defined as a medium of open discussion or voicing of ideas among experts and often including audience
participation, I would rather say that the free web forum is definitely a forum in any website that does not require
charges from the users.

Literally as it may seem, “free web forum” often revolves from that definition.

There are lots of free web forums that offer free registration, but there are also free web forums that require registration. One of those websites that offer free web forums is www.webdesign.com.

This particular website that offers free web forums contains information about the forums that allow the readers to hold conversations and find free programs to install on the user’s certain site.

Among the main features of this website that offers free web forums are the BBMatic and WWWBoard. These particular
programs are installed to help the users fix up and control their own websites and forums. The BBMatic in particular is
a threaded bbs script that grants for diversified forums and a grooved display. On the other hand, the WWWboard is a
threaded message board for the user’s web site.

Some of these sites can be quite technical, so do make sure full tech support is still available, as some of these
sites may have been up for 5 or 6 years or more.

These are just among the important contents of webdesign.com, other vital information regarding the site is still not reviewed.

Visiting the web site is the best move to take if you need further information.
You will find a whole host of technical information on most of them.

Pay Per Click and Google Adsense - How To Build Your Website Profits With Targeted Traffic

With pay per click and Google Adsense you can build your affiliate marketing business with targeted traffic. This has become a very effective way to earn online profits. And if your website is rich with original quality content and you want to earn more profit, you can use Google Adsense to drive your profits.

Why Use Pay Per Click To Promote Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate marketing is one of the simplest and one of the most effective ways to earn profits online.  Online retailers can benefit from affiliate marketing programs, because affiliate marketing actually works for merchants as well as it works for the affiliates. Many affiliate programs pay up to 75% commission.

There are many different methods on how the merchant can compensate the affiliate for their services, and for the webmaster, these methods simply are a great way to make cash using these types of services.

Here are the 3 types of compensation with affiliate programs:

1. Pay-per-click
2. Pay-per-lead
3. Pay-per-sale

The pay per click method is the method most preferred by many affiliates, for their site’s visitor would only have to visit the advertiser’s site for them to receive money if the visitor clicks on one of the ads. In general this is how Google AdSense works. The traffic is targeted with the right type of original content on the webmasters website.

The other two methods, (pay per lead) and (pay per sale) on the other hand, are sometimes preferred by merchants, as they would only have to compensate you if your visitor becomes one of their customers or if the visitor would actually purchase their products or services.

Building large profits with affiliate marketing programs does not depend so much on the compensation method as it does on the targeted traffic generated to your site.  A website that can attract more targeted visitors would generally have the greater chance of profiting in affiliate marketing programs.

How Does Google Adsense Relate To Pay Per Click?

Google Adsense is actually an affiliate marketing program in its own right.  With Google Adsense, Google acts as the intermediary for the affiliates and the merchants.  The merchant, or the advertiser, would simply sign up with Google and provide text ads pertaining to their products and services.  These ads, which are actually links to the advertiser’s website, would then appear on Google searches as well as on the websites owned by the affiliates, or by people who have signed up with the Google Adsense program.

You can find some aspects that are similar with Google Adsense and other affiliate marketing programs and you can also see a lot of differences.  With Google Adsense, all the person has to do is put some code on their website and Google takes care of just about everything else.

The ads that Google places on your site will generally be targeted and relevant to the content of your site.  This is an advantage for both you and for the advertiser, as the visitors of your site would more or less be interested with the products or services that are advertised.

Google Adsense is a program that compensates the affiliate on a pay-per-click basis.  The advertiser pays Google a certain amount each time their ad on your site is clicked and Google then forwards this amount to you with checks, although only after Google have deducted their share of the amount.  Google Adsense checks are sent monthly after the affiliate has reached a total of $100. Google Adsense helps with a tracking tool that allows you to monitor the earnings you actually get from certain ads.

Affiliate marketing programs and pay per click programs such as Google Adsense work very well, whether you are the merchant or the affiliate.  For the merchant’s side, a lot of money can be saved if advertising effort is concentrated on affiliate marketing rather than on dealing with advertising firms.  For the webmaster, you can easily gain a lot of profits just by doing what you do best, and that is by creating websites with original targeted content.

With this combination of profits from both the Google Adsense program and other affiliate programs, you could earn some decent income

What You Need to Know about Link Exchanges

Every website owner wants more traffic. Traffic means sales. Traffic means attention. Traffic means success. There are many ways to increase web site traffic, but the two most widely used methods are advertising and search engine optimization (SEO). This article focuses on one well known but misunderstood aspect of SEO, the link exchange.

A link exchange is an arrangement between two web sites where each site adds a link which points to the other site. The idea is simple: if you get lots of links pointing to your site, the search engines (particularly Google) will consider your site more valuable and will reward your site with a high ranking. If your site’s ranking is high enough that it appears on the first page when someone searches for your keyword, you’ll receive lots of free traffic and all the rewards which come with that.

I have an online pharmacy site which I have had to market exclusively through SEO. Most search engines do not allow online pharmacies to advertise (including the legal ones like mine!). As a result, I have experimented with a number of link exchange methods over the years.

Up until 2005, I found link exchanges to be very effective at improving my search engine rankings. I swapped links liberally and found myself in the top 10 on Yahoo and MSN for 4-5 keywords per site. My business grew at a nice rate and I was quite happy. Initially, I sought web sites which had link swap pages where I could simply add my site, and then I’d manually add their site to mine. This worked well, but was labor intensive. It seemed impossible to achieve my goals: I wanted thousands of links for each of a dozen sites. This would require several hours per day every day for a year to achieve.

In an effort to take a shortcut, I decided to join several different automated link swap sites- you know the ones. For $10-$30/month, you get thousands of incoming links, and your outbound links directory is built automatically by the link swap company. None of these sites ever improved my ranking or resulted in significant traffic. I consider these services to be useless.

About a year ago, I joined a semi-automatic link swap service. This particular service requires you to request links trades from other sites using the same service, or to approve/deny incoming requests form other sites on the service. The real benefit is the site automatically builds your links pages and posts them to your web site, saving about 5 minutes per link. I’ve used this service with considerable success- I now have about 800 links on each of my sites, and it only takes me a few minutes per day to keep up.

As a result of my link trades, my search engine rankings have been gradually rising, but I’m experiencing an unexpected greater benefit to my trades: I’m getting traffic (and sales) from people who are clicking over to my site from the sites I’ve traded with. At present, about 80% of my traffic comes from inbound links, and only 20% comes from search engines. This is great news for me and is something you should strive to accomplish. While search engine rankings can rise and fall as the search engines change their algorithms, natural traffic coming from inbound links is far less vulnerable to change. It’s the most reliable form of traffic you can get!

Many SEO experts believe link swaps have ceased to build search engine rankings- that one way inbound links are the only links which can do that. This may well be true, but one way links are hard to get unless you pay for them. Link swaps are easy to get, and they generate real traffic for you, the kind which isn’t subject to the whims of the search engines. Keep trading links, but find an efficient way to do so, and you’ll continue to grow your web site traffic for years to come!
